Orvia theme support

Orvia is built and supported by Girişim Teknoloji (Stellar Virtex). Before writing, check the documentation (Türkçe).

Support policy

We reply within 1 business day, and never later than 2 business days.
Business days: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 Türkiye time (UTC+3), excluding Turkish public holidays.
Support is in English and Turkish.
Covered: theme setup and settings, bugs in Orvia code, and questions about documented features. Not covered: custom code changes, third-party apps, or edits you made to theme files.
Bug fixes are released as free theme updates for all Orvia merchants.
